So, you just got done with purchasing either a product or a service. Now what? Well, if you love or even don’t love (but we’re hoping that you do) what you have and you’re looking to share your thoughts on it, this is the perfect time to make a review!
That’s why the next step is to pick up your phone, tablet, or computer and set aside some time to create the review. Online customer reviews hold a powerful affect on not only the success of a business but also other customers who may be interested in the product and/or service that you’ve already purchased.
With the technology that is now available at the tips of our fingers, it’s no surprise of the increase in credibility that online reviews hold. A survey by BrightLocal found that 88 percent of consumers trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation. The survey only found that only 12 percent of the population did not regularly read reviews.
What I’m trying to get at is that sharing your thoughts on your buying experience is important. How were you treated throughout the buying process? How did you feel after you made your purchase? Would you recommend or not recommend this? Let your voice be heard because people are looking for opinions before they decide to pick up a phone and call a salesperson.
You don’t even have to hunt down reviews and worry about being redirected to ten different websites. Thanks to Yelp and Google Reviews, you’re able to type in what you want to review making the experience quick and efficient.
When it comes down to it, take the time to share your review – it holds a lot of power.
