Just this April, Pew Research announced that Millennials are now the largest generation. Now we're buying homes and making bigger purchasing decisions, so I’ll give you a peak into our world.

First of all, social media is our world. According to Forbes, "6. They want to engage with brands on social networks. 62% of millennials say that if a brand engages with them on social networks, they are more likely to become a loyal customer…"

If you’ve waded into the social media waters, you probably noticed it’s a war zone. The best way to get the most out of it is to Curate Your Feed.

Most social networks have a "feed" or "timeline." That's the area where you see updates and posts from people you are connected with. Chances are, it's full of noise. Curating basically means "unfollowing." Whenever someone posts something irrelevant, or worse, offensive, simply unfollow, unfriend, or remove the connection. You can even block or report them if you feel it's necessary. And I have one big rule: No second chances.

Before you know it, your Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram will be pleasantly enjoyable once again!

Next up, brand. Again from Forbes, "9. They are brand loyal. 60% said that they are often or always loyal to brands that they currently purchase. The sooner you build a relationship and deep connection with millennials, the better because they will continue to purchase from you as an adult. "
